Greetings Fellow Family History Sleuths,
Wow, say what you will about Facebook, but it's pretty darn cool when you have a birthday and receive hundreds of kind wishes from your online friends! Thanks to all my fellow genies who dropped a line last week! I'm on the verge of solving an Army case using -- get this -- YouTube, and like many others, I've started down the slippery slope of Pinterest. Funny to think that just a few years ago, these last few sentences would have been gibberish. Genealogy continues to evolve and I'm doing the best I can to hang on! Here's wishing you good social networking fortune -- whether on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, your blog or whatever -- in your family history endeavors this month!

Are you using Pinterest yet?
I am, though I have to discipline myself so I don't wind up spending hours surfing photos. I didn't understand until I tried it, but it's oddly addicting. If you belong, please consider following some of my genealogically-oriented boards such as genealogy style, DNA, and quirky tombstones.
