As a Finnish genealogist (with over 20 years of experience) I cringed at the database search and the description of possible additional research in Finnish sources. Clearly (and quite naturally) the interviewee had no actual knowledge of research in Finland. Out of curiosity I followed the life of the suggested Mikko Heino from Ruokolahti – he was a farmer, who was still in Ruokolahti when the Williams’ ancestor was already in Liverpool.
